dc.description.abstractWell-defined nanovoid and metal-nanocap arrays are fabricated on flexible polymer substrates with controlled sizes and morphologies, via trapping of inorganic particles at a polymer-film surface. The proposed method provides a platform to create an effective SERS substrate, for use in devices such as chemical and biomolecular sensors.-
